Cabinet and the State
This past year, JSAZ lost many of its senior Cabinet members as many of them graduated and left us during our 2016-2017 year. Furthermore, many more will graduate and move forward during our 2017-2018 year and as a result many departments will be left will many openings and a need for a fresh new Cabinet. If elected I plan to begin building the 2018-2019 JSAZ Cabinet alongside our new Governor shortly after Spring Congress and begin work over the Summer to ensure a speedy transition into the new year that will enable us to begin prepping for the new year earlier and more effectively. Additionally, I plan to begin allowing departments to begin working more closely together to ensure that JSA’s interconnected functions are well maintained and understaffed departments can get the help that they need. That way all departments will be able to function regardless of staffing and jobs that may require the attention of multiple departments may be attended to seamlessly.
